Medical Insurance

• Premium of medical schemes, dental and vision plans have been increased in line with medical inflation.
• Changes and improvements have been made in order to bring them in line with similar products in the market. Highlights of the major changes are listed as follows:-
• Standard Medical Plan - optional US$2 million benefit (per disability)
  
• Comprehensive Medical Plan - optional US$3 million benefit (per disability)
  
• Major Medical Plan - discounts for Deductible Options will no longer be applicable to the optional benefits, such as US$1 million benefit, addition room and board and US$50,000 surgeon’s fee
  
• Maternity Benefit - When both parents are insured, the cover shall be increased by 50%.
  
• Alternative Medicines - Osteopath is included and maximum benefit is increased to US$1,500.
  
• Newly added benefit for Rehabilitation
